These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (sharadregoti.com) and the products offered by Sharad Regoti (“I”, “me”, “my”), a sole proprietorship based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, including Get End Of Life, Selective Blur, and Grammar Coach. By using this website or any of my products, you agree to these Terms.

Services

I offer:

  • Software consultancy and development services (API development, AI integrations, and related engineering work)
  • SaaS products and browser extensions, some of which are offered on a paid subscription basis
  • Technical content and educational material

Payments and Subscriptions

Paid products are billed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the interval and rate shown at the time of purchase, until you cancel. Prices and plans are as listed on the individual product’s website at the time of purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

Refunds

Refunds are handled per the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary: subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, and charges already billed for the current period are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website or my products, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, or using them for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Services and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or my products.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
