This policy applies to paid subscriptions for products offered by Sharad Regoti.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the product until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial-month or pro-rated refunds are issued for cancelling mid-cycle.
Refunds
Charges already billed for the current billing period are non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and any other billing intervals offered.
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge or a billing system fault), contact me within 30 days of the charge and I will review and correct it.
Free Trials
Where a product offers a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time during the trial to avoid being charged.
How to Cancel
You can cancel directly from within the product (if a self-service option is available) or by emailing sharadregoti15@gmail.com with the product name and the email address used for your subscription.
